本案雅居乐御宾府，200平三代同堂，尊重每一位居住者使用感受与喜好，沟通梳理后，设计师马斌为他们创造了一个温暖、轻快的现代美式空间，满足正常的生活需求与品质追求，也将艺术审美展现出个性与格调。

 In this case, the Yubin mansion of Yaju and yuebin has three generations in the same hall. It respects every resident's feeling and preference. After communication and carding, the designer Ma Bin creates a warm and brisk modern American style space for them to meet the normal life needs and quality pursuit, and also shows the artistic aesthetic personality and style.

本案200平米平层结构，户型方正通透采光极佳。但位置紧邻三环噪音较大，保姆间与卫生间利用率低，主卧收纳空间不足，因此设计除了动静分离合理布局外，要解决实际难题，打造舒适宜居空间。

The 200 square meter flat floor structure of this project is square and transparent, with excellent lighting. However, the location is close to the Third Ring Road, the noise is large, the utilization rate of nanny room and toilet is low, and the storage space of master bedroom is insufficient. Therefore, in addition to the reasonable layout of dynamic and static separation, the design should solve practical problems and create a comfortable and livable space.

本案业主是一对年轻的夫妇，男主人喜欢现代风格，女主人喜欢美式的感觉。根据户型结构等实际情况且结合男女主人需求，采用了现代美式的设计风格，使得两方文化共生共长，

惬意享受家带来的一切美好。

The owner of this case is a young couple. The master likes the modern style and the hostess likes the American feeling. According to the actual situation of the house type structure and the needs of the male and female owners, the modern American style design style is adopted, which makes the two cultures coexist and grow together. The colorful American style home atmosphere makes you enjoy all the good things brought by the home.

客厅整体色彩层次丰富，但又遵循统一呼应的原则，让空间形成场域的围合感。绒面墨绿与南瓜色的碰撞，像一团软软的火焰，在空间中耀眼的灵动。

细节层次渲染到位，让情绪无尽释放。

充分考虑到老人的居住需求，在老人套房的设计中考虑简洁大方，套内的卫生间及过道都考虑到了

既营造出了简洁大方的公共活动区域，也对老人的居住安全充分考虑。
