本案金地湖成大境，260平平层结构，视觉极佳的湖景房。

委托人一对归国发展的年轻夫妇。他们

对空间感，时尚感，品质感有自己的追求。设计师焦源从理念上思考围绕空间本身和人之间微妙的相互关系，通过结构的优化，为委托人营造轻松，静怡，私人的空间。

The case of Jindi lake into a large area, 260 flat floor structure, excellent vision of the lake view room. The client is a young couple returning home for development. They have their own aesthetic and pursuit of space, fashion and quality. Designer Jiao Yuan thinks from the concept, around the subtle relationship between the building itself and people, through the structural optimization, to create a relaxed, quiet and comfortable, private space for the client.

本案260平米平层结构，

南北通透，采光充足，南向视线优。但其

北向书房搭建的房间开间较小，餐厨区划分比较单一。

入户门和西阳台正对，西阳台的视线外景没有利用起来。因此设计以实际功能诉求出发，以极简灰的手法传递生活的智慧和艺术的追求。

The 260 square meter flat floor structure of the project is transparent from north to south, with sufficient lighting and excellent view to the south. However, the rooms built by the north facing study are smaller, and the division of kitchen area is relatively simple. The entrance door and the west balcony are facing each other, and the exterior view of the west balcony is not utilized. Therefore, the design starts from the actual functional demands, and conveys the wisdom of life and the pursuit of art in a minimalist way.

用太阳的步伐来调节音阶，让人感受到大自然的节拍器。kaws艺术装置更成为此区域点睛之笔，捂脸窥视的模样，似有幸福溢出。

The designer transformed the "big bay window" of the original living room into a panoramic landing space, with super vision and net vision. Advanced gray and light and shadow, to harmony with space, with the pace of the sun to adjust the scale, let people feel the natural metronome. Kaws art installation has become the finishing touch of this area. It seems that happiness overflows when you cover your face and peep at it.

餐厅将原本过道巧妙利用延伸，使得空间通透且开敞。

西墙增设一个西式的操作柜，

平开内藏门，隐藏了内部的功能，简约，时尚。

餐厅东，一整面墙的展示柜，收纳了主人喜爱的模型，手办。

看似简，实则功能需求一应俱全，这便是极简的魅力。

The restaurant will be the original corridor clever use of extension, making the space transparent and open. 慢慢填满缤纷复杂世界的欲望，安定灵魂栖息身心。

This is a more interesting area for the master bedroom to open with a private coat. After the removal of the wall between the two spaces, a back-to-back glass cabinet has been made. Besides the storage of favorite shoe bags, two people can enjoy and appreciate each other in different spaces. Slowly fill the desire of the colorful and complex world, stabilize the soul, inhabit the body and mind.
