着力于“取意”、强调“宜简不宜繁”，融入现代风格，打造符合当下生活理念的居住空间，似奶茶时光，甜蜜惬意又美好。

一层功能属性为家庭核心区，但其门厅利用率低，通过设计改造，转变其格局，打造抬高错层屋中屋，增加趣味性。

The functional attribute of the first floor is the family core area, but its hall utilization rate is low. Through the design and transformation, the pattern of the first floor is changed to create a house in the middle of a staggered floor house to increase the interest.

煦光透过天花的格栅洒满于木制之上，水声潺潺，鲜花绽放，

晚间的浩瀚星海与浪漫为伴，

空间整体营造出一种气质独到的美学旨趣，生活在氤氲中更显闲淡之况味。

Warm light spreads over the wood through the grille of the ceiling. The sound of the water is murmuring and the flowers are blooming. The vast sea of stars at night is accompanied by romance. The space as a whole creates a unique aesthetic purport, which makes life more leisurely and light in the dense atmosphere.

将餐厅空间延展，衍生出星空餐厅。天气晴好时，户外这一方天地成为最惬意的时光，下午茶或烛光晚餐，

为平凡的生活增加闪闪发光的仪式感。

二楼功能布局为静区，两个次卧室面积不够大，改造后使得三个卧室面积与功能更合理且增加公共洗衣间，动静分离的模式给起居生活更隐私的安全感。

The functional layout of the second floor is a quiet area, and the area of the two secondary bedrooms is not large enough. After the transformation, the area and function of the three bedrooms are more reasonable, and the public laundry room is added. The mode of separation of dynamic and static gives the living life a sense of privacy and security.

主卧设计成套间形式，打开衣帽间、卫生间与主卧相连接，开放的设计带来更便捷的生活方式

以素雅简净的居住格调，舒缓疲惫于都市节奏的身心，

生活于此间，无过多尘杂琐事，心净且轻，安逸闲适。

The master bedroom is designed as a suite, and the cloakroom and toilet are connected with the master bedroom. The open design brings more convenient life style. With a simple and elegant living style, it can relieve the tired body and mind in the city rhythm, and live here without too much dust and trivial matters. The heart is clean and light, and comfortable.

儿童房清新素雅的配色，

似一张纯白的背景纸，给孩子们自由生长的空间。

Kaws艺术小品等互为装点，凸显出孩童丰富无忧、趣味无穷的闲娱生活。

Children's room fresh and elegant color, like a pure white background paper, give children free growth space. Kaws art pieces and other ornaments each other, highlighting the children's rich, carefree and interesting leisure life.

一层原始结构采光不足，楼梯太陡，设计改造后，增加其自然采光，对实用功能进行合理划分，使得娱乐休闲功能强大，生活更丰富。

The original structure of the negative first floor has insufficient lighting, and the stairs are too steep. After the design and transformation, the natural lighting is increased and the practical functions are reasonably divided, which makes the entertainment and leisure function powerful and life more abundant.

一层会客厅透过木格栅增加自然采光，

光的渗入让空间更具层次性的美感。

水墨山水面背景墙，与轻盈的干松、熏香茶道、鸟笼文等美学意象，古今交织，

谨呈诗雅韵律。

In the reception hall on the first floor, the natural lighting is increased through the wooden grid, and the infiltration of light makes the space more hierarchical. The background wall on the water surface of Shuimo mountain interweaves ancient and modern aesthetic images such as dry pine, incense tea ceremony and bird cage writing, presenting poetic and elegant rhythm.
