Built in 1925, this Edwardian-styleresidencein San Francisco remained relatively intact over the years as designers and architects from several bureaus embarked on years of extensive renovations. They had to solve a difficult task: to maintain a balance between old and new, to create beautiful and stylish interior design and adapt it to a family with two children. And we think they did a great job. Furniture and decor do not draw attention to themselves, air and a sense of space remain in the interiors. Also, thanks to the large windows, the barrier between the garden and the rooms is erased, they seem to continue each other. Columns and arched windows accentuate the house’s solid past, while the calm color scheme adds elegance to the space. At the same time, there is everything, and even more, for comfortable city life: rooms for each family member and common relax areas, and a cozy backyard.
