丹麦沙丘上的和谐自然小屋

The Rabjerg Mile in Denmark is a sand dune near the North Sea coast. It is in these scenic spots that Britta and Lars, a Skagen couple, built their cottage. They spend here every summer, so the house is fully adapted for permanent life. Also, the owners are very fond of spending time in nature and wanted their house to become a part of the local landscape. For example, they covered the roof with moss, which changes color and expressiveness depending on the season and the weather – as if the house merges with nature. Large windows also help to maximize the enjoyment of the views, and the modest design in black and white looks appropriate and fully meets the needs of the family. Another advantage of the house is a covered veranda with a fireplace, where you can spend time even on cold evenings. And although the house is still for summer, the weather in Denmark, even in June-August, is far from always hot, and this solution is very helpful.
