现代化进程的持续推进，使人们早已习惯以理性与秩序的现代构建方式感知城市环境的存在与变化。摩天大楼与功能主义，塑造了城市样貌的趋同如一。而与此同时，属于我们自身的传统文化与地域特性被逐渐消解和替代，沦为语义单调的附庸与符号。

With the continuous advancement of modernization, people have long been accustomed to perceive the existence and change of urban environment in a rational and orderly modern construction way. Skyscrapers and functionalism shape the uniformity of the city's appearance. At the same time, our own traditional culture and regional characteristics have been gradually eliminated and replaced, and become vassals and symbols with monotonous semantics.

设计始终是一场关于城市发展与规划探讨，一种精神文化和物质场域的交流。在南宁阳光城江山璟原中，我们基于对材料建构和室内基础机能细部的设计研究，使场地，材料、空间、结构、构造等，沿同一思考和逻辑发展，并相互产生制约与冲撞，用我们自己遗失的文化元素对空间进行强关联，打造场地体验的至高点并与周围的自然环境产生对话。

Design is always a discussion on urban development and planning, a communication of spiritual culture and material field. In nanning sunshine town jiangshan jiing original, we based on the function of construction material and interior detail design research, make space, material, space, structure, construction, etc., the same thinking and logical development, and mutual restriction and collision, with our own loss of cultural elements of space, strong correlation to the highest point of the building site experience and dialogue with the surrounding natural environment.

城市本是个矛盾的集合体，新与旧、传统与新生在这里碰撞、汇聚。空间关系中我们采用正厅和偏轴来模拟城市中新与旧的交互，聚合离散，多重动线的规划满足了使用人群在空间中的体验。

The city itself is a collection of contradictions, the new and the old, the tradition and the new collide and gather here. In the spatial relationship, the main hall and the offset axis are adopted to simulate the interaction between the new and the old in the city, so as to converge and disperse, and the planning of multiple moving lines satisfies the users' experience in the space.

在地性构筑起空间的情感牵绊。设计以南宁城环水地理优势的来凸显写意情怀，取景南宁城夕阳西下时水面的波光粼粼，自然界面关系中天然去雕饰的绿，牵动人们对于生长在这篇土地上纯真情怀。

The emotion of space is built in the ground. The design highlights the feelings of freehand sketching by virtue of the geographical advantages of the surrounding water of Nanning city. The sparkling water in the setting sun of Nanning city and the green carved naturally in the relationship between the natural interface affect people's pure feelings about growing on this land.

南宁的诗意风情，有人曾题之为“半城绿树半城楼”。一层的接待厅取南宁青秀山的形意，用自然周折的线条，不同材质营造出的倒影关系，构建空间的视觉中心，删芜就简中亦有空灵之境。金属和木质构成的空间线条，以融合翠鸟点水的灵动记忆凸显城市的自然肌理。

The poetic flavor of Nanning, someone once named it as "half city green tree half tower". The reception hall on the first floor takes the shape and meaning of The Green Mountain of Nanning, using natural lines and different materials to create the relationship of reflection, to build the visual center of the space, and the void is also in the cut out. The spatial lines of metal and wood highlight the natural texture of the city by integrating kingfisher's vivid memory of water.

延续与矛盾-COMPLICATE

空间的构成与城市的变迁有异曲同工之妙，一个围合式的隐秘垂直动线在静谧如水的大理石地面出现，绿影、日光，忽隐忽现，将城市的历史变迁用时光的抽象过渡进行关联。

The composition of the space is similar to the change of the city. A closed and hidden vertical moving line appears on the quiet marble floor like water, with green shadows and daylight flickering, which connects the historical change of the city with the abstract transition of time.

一层向外的一面，巨幅玻璃墙引入四面围构的水景，以“临水台”的形式打造深度洽谈区所需的明朗与开阔。向外接受自然天光的温润声色，向内划分隔而不离的隐秘氛围，在层层递进的空间关系中实现交流与互动。光与影，在这里形成空间的戏剧张力。

On the outward side of the first floor, a large glass wall is introduced into the waterscape surrounded by all sides, creating the clarity and openness required by the deep negotiation area in the form of "water platform". It receives the warm and smooth sounds of natural sky light outwardly, divides the hidden atmosphere inwards, and realizes the communication and interaction in the progressive spatial relations. Light and shadow form the dramatic tension of space here.

繁华闹市，纯净似乎在今天已经成为了一种难能可贵。以理性的数据、技巧来改造客观世界的设计者们，面对着人们关于情感、关于体验的切实需求，唯有回归到真实的生活本身去探究功能空间于使用者应有的温度。

Bustling downtown, pure seems to have become a valuable today. Designers who transform the objective world with rational data and skills can only return to the real life itself to explore the temperature of functional space due to users in the face of people's real needs for emotion and experience.

一层的接待空间通过动线的合理规划，设置了水吧区、沙盘区、洽谈区，以及VIP室。软装以不同材质间有比例的分割、拼贴、组合，来营造空间的层次与韵律感。水纹样的翡翠色大理石，在大面玫瑰金天花的映衬下，显得柔和而温润。

The reception space on the first floor is reasonably planned by the moving line, with water bar area, sand table area, negotiation area and VIP room set up. Soft decoration with different materials have a proportion of the division, collage, combination, to create a sense of space and rhythm. The emerald marble of water grain kind, below the set off of smallpox of gold of big face rose, appear downy and lukewarm embellish.

艺术过廊尽头的水景回环动线以建筑为视点，经由石阶周折引入，曲径纵深。设计通过地域文化的艺术化形式，在室内呈现了属于自然的山水之态。于方圆之间，造物，造景，亦造境。无声的装置与艺术，在人们的行进回转中，凝练为清灵而沉静的精神慰藉。

At the end of the art gallery, the water landscape loop is guided by stone steps with the architecture as the point of view. Through the artistic form of regional culture, the design presents a natural landscape in the interior. In the surrounding area, the creation, landscape, also create the environment. Silent installation and art, in the course of people's turning, condensed for the quiet spiritual comfort of qingling.

2层主要设置为相对独立的中、西私宴及办公区。绿色的不断串联，形成空间厚重底色中的自然与平和气息。朴质的木头，光洁的皮面、轻盈的灯具、还有艺术画上颜料堆积的纹理，在这种平和之下显露出各自的色泽与肌理，汇合而成了空间的真实感受。

The second floor is mainly set for the relatively independent private banquet and office area in the middle and west. The continuous series of green forms the natural and peaceful atmosphere in the thick background color of the space. Simple wood, bright leather face, lightsome lamps and lanterns, as well as the texture of pigment accumulation on artistic paintings, reveal their colors and textures under this kind of peace, converging and becoming the real feeling of the space.
