The owners of thisapartmentin New York’s Lower East Side – a family with two children from Sweden – come here only a few times a year. But even on rare visits, they wanted to stay in their own spacious home. The owners wanted their dwelling to reflect the creativity of the area and also be furnished with items created by Swedish designers. The authors of the project have mixed geometry, graffiti and industrial style notes. They did not force the living room with furniture, so as not to distract from the view from the window, but at the same time, it is an excellent space for meeting friends: a large sofa, a bar, a dining room.
