简——SIMPLE/一半人间烟火，一半岁月静好。设计以尺度丈量空间，用精确的数据去理解功能，加以艺术处理，去完成一个个家的新生，去回应一种生活方式，去体现一种文化质感。

壹 PROJECT INTRODUCTION/项目介绍 细腻柔雅的质感空间 本案业主是一对中年夫妻，对房屋的居住需求有一定自己的想法，想要在充分利用好每一个空间的同时营造出整体的氛围感以及质感，经过多次沟通，最终将风格定位为现代风格，在“简”的核心下体现格调与内涵。业主夫妻生活中性格沉静随和，与木质所携带的内敛气质相契合，所以在本项目中主要运用温馨的大地色系，铺陈出细腻而柔雅的质感空间。

The owners of this case is a middle-aged couple, have their own ideas on the housing needs, want to make full use of each space at the same time to create an overall sense of atmosphere and texture, after many times of communication, the style is finally positioned as a modern style, in the "Jane" core to reflect the style and connotation. The owner and his wife are quiet and easygoing in their life, which is in line with the introverted temperament carried by wood. Therefore, the warm earth color system is mainly used in this project to create a delicate and elegant texture space.

低调内敛 标榜品位

客厅空间以大地色系作为主基调，背景墙大面积采用了岩板以及视觉效果更好的 5mm 钢板柜，削弱了柜体的厚重感的同时也增加了空间的观赏性。

The living room space gives priority to fundamental key with the earth color department, the background wall large area used rock plate and the 5MM steel plate cabinet with better visual effect, weakened the thick feeling of the cabinet body while also increasing the ornamental sex of the space.

LAN TING

配合质感柔软的科技布材质沙发以及单椅，整体低饱和度的色彩让人身心放松，洗去疲惫。在阳光倾泻的午后，挑上一本钟意的书册，捧在手里，整个人歪在木椅，随意翻看，闭上眼睛细细享受好天气带来的绵绵絮语，真可谓“偷得浮生半日闲”。

精致美感过渡到烟火人间

餐厅选用了材质轻盈简单的家具，营造出舒适的用餐环境，餐桌旁边增加了一组餐边柜，配合灯带，在增加储物空间的同时，将精致美感过渡到烟火人间。

静谧空间 沉浸式睡眠

卧室是一个需要同时兼具安全感、惬意感以及舒适感的休憩环境，所以主卧延续了公共区域的整体色调去打造一个柔和的睡眠空间。

The bedroom is a rest environment that needs to have a sense of security, comfort and comfort at the same time, so the master bedroom continues the overall tone of the public area to create a soft sleeping space. IMMERSIVE SLEEP

床尾设计了整面墙的衣柜，一门到顶，从视觉上拉升了整个空间的高度。玻璃柜门以及线性灯带的加入，呈现出丰富的层次感，使整个房间显得更为开阔。

凭窗小坐 岁月静好

阳台设置洗衣区，洗衣机完全嵌入柜体里，即便有收纳的需求，也不会弄得乱糟糟。既方便平时清洗、晾晒衣物，又能让人在闲暇时凭窗小坐。

The balcony is installed wash clothes area, washing machine is embedded completely in cabinet body, although have the demand that receives, also won’t do messy. Go to the lavatory at ordinary times already wash, air basks in clothings, can let a person sit by the window when leisure again.

一个合格的浴室绝对是功能齐全的。干湿分区，把卫生间的盥洗、方便和淋浴功能分开，克服以往交替用水而造成的使用缺陷。减少卫生间墙面、地面溢水。合理地把洗漱和“方便”分离，让两者互不干扰。

A qualified bathroom is absolutely functional. The dry and wet partition separates the washing, convenience and shower functions of the toilet, overcomes the use defects caused by alternating water use in the past.
