“设计”的导语

本案的户型优势是南北通透采光和通风都很优秀，但是功能分区需要依据客户生活需求重新规划。

The advantage of this case is that the north and south are very good in lighting and ventilation, but the functional zoning needs to be replanned according to the customer’s life needs.

在现代简约风格之中，又不能过渡简约，空间要有档次，在效果上业主想要大气时尚兼具的表达。

In the contemporary and contracted style, nor transition contracted, space to have a class, in effect the owner want to fashion with the expression of the atmosphere.

客 厅

LIVING ROOM

客厅是家的名片，也是一家人交流活动的中心区域，这里需要宽敞和层次丰富的照明，再有格调的家居用品点缀时尚氛围。

The living room is the name card of the home, but also the central area of family communication activities, here needs spacious and rich levels of lighting, and then stylish household items embellish the fashion atmosphere.

大理石自然泼墨的纹理是最好的装饰画卷，线性的灯光贯穿空间，从纵向的线条处衍射光影的浮动。

餐厅 DINING ROOM

餐厅小巧精致但却功能俱全，莫兰迪色系优雅低调搭配线条的明暗秩序，美感孕育而生。

The dining room is small and exquisite, but fully functional. The elegant and low-key Morandi colors match the light and shade order of the lines, which gives birth to the aesthetic feeling.

厨房

KITCHEN

低饱和色调再配上木纹柜面，温馨中有雅致，明亮而宽敞、自由发挥的操作空间中享受美食佳肴。

主卧室 MASTER BEDROOM

卧室里浅色系淡化线条减少束缚和压抑，慢慢晕染开的是温柔和平静，远离喧嚣享受时光的流动。

The light color in the bedroom reduces the lines to reduce the bondage and repression, slowly dizzy open is gentle and calm, away from the noise to enjoy the flow of time.

收纳不仅仅是功能需求，还可以是装饰时尚点睛。柜面从地及顶纵向拉伸，线条深浅之间隐约勾勒层次，大气简约尽在掌握。

TEA ROOM & BALCONY

阳光明媚的午后，悠闲小憩泡一壶茶，品一品香滑润泽，享受着茶汤里回味无穷的“人生”。
