“设计”的导语：现在的都市生活是快节奏的，也是压力大事务繁重的，所以家就成为一个舒缓的充电站，需要温馨，也需要简单，更需要有经久实用的巧思。

Now the city life is fast pace, but also the pressure is heavy, so the home has become a soothing charging station, need warmth, also need simple, more need to have a long and practical ideas.

一张一弛要体现在生活中，也要体现在空间里，设计师选择用不同的风格来规划灵感，古今之间的元素对照正好切合主题。

To storing and releasing kinetic energy manifests in the life, also want to reflect space, designers choose to use different style to planning ideas, comparison between ancient and modern elements is just the point.

花园

GARDEN

本案的花园是下沉式负一楼，含蓄幽静是第一印象，为喧嚣的城市生活留下一角私密的静美空间。

The garden of this case is sunken negative first floor, implicit and quiet is the first impression, leaving a corner of private quiet space for the hustle and bustle of urban life.

步道的宽度和转角的扶手、无障碍通道，从这些细节上呼应对老年人的关怀和包容几代人居住的求同存异。

过厅

HALLWAY

这里的入户有两处，一处呼应室外，一处联系内外之间，但都有一个主题，简洁明了，界定区域也能起承转合。

选择白色岩板配合明亮的灯光，从简而起贯穿至餐厅呼应简约利落，点到即止。

客厅 LIVING ROOM

简约而不简单，用简单的线条勾勒边界，用无主灯模式多层次的丰富光影之间的平衡。

Simple but not simple, with simple lines to outline the boundary, with no master light mode multi-level rich balance between light and shadow.

深褐色的墙板对应浅色的沙发组，明和暗的对比自成光与影的秩序，素雅随之而来。

隐藏式梭门，开合之间改变空间的氛围，兼具美感和实用。

餐厅

DINING ROOM

室内空间的紧凑布局更需要高效的空间利用，对称式的收纳布局不仅仅只是满足功能，还是最佳的美感修饰。

The compact layout of interior space need more efficient space utilization, symmetric receive layout not only meet the functional or the aesthetic feeling of the best.

造型别致的线形吊顶，打破直线交织的冷硬，加入一丝俏皮和灵动。

会客厅 RECEPTION ROOM

把中式元素放在负一楼区域，打造一个“慢生活”的独特空间，从水墨写意到轴线对称，一点点陈述中式的婉约美。

Put Chinese elements in the first floor area to create a unique space of "slow life", from the freehand brushwork to the axis symmetry, a little statement of the graceful beauty of Chinese style.

书房&茶室

DAUGHTER ROOM

书籍的油墨香和香茗的清雅正合适慢下来的时光，手中有书卷，手边有香茗，正是“浮生偷得半日闲”~

The ink fragrance of the book and the elegance of the tea are just the right time to slow down. There is a scroll in the hand, and there is tea at hand. It is "half a day’s leisure".

卧室

BEDROOM

卧室需要安静，但也是一个绝佳的私密空间，这里有收纳，有阅读角，蓝色系和米黄色的搭配正中温馨静美。

Bedroom need to be quiet, but it is also an excellent illicit close space, receive here, have a reading corner, the collocation of blue and beige in the middle of sweet leaves.
