01概念与源起

Concept and origin

项目地块位于蓟州区中心区域，项目用地建设面积为 40907.50㎡（61.36 亩）。

场地位于河西路以东，南环路以北，根据场地周边调研，本案北侧建有大型公共设施人民公园及文化遗产独乐寺，周边办公、娱乐、教育功能丰富，覆盖区域将会有家庭消费人群、商务办公人群、休闲娱乐人群的客群影响。

根据客群分析，项目定位以“城市家庭”为主要核心客群，满足务实的消费需求，并提供较多年轻客群可接受的形式表达。

The project plot is located in the central area of Jizhou District, with a construction area of 40907.50 M2 (61.36 mu). The site is located to the east of Hexi Road and north of the South Ring Road. According to the investigation around the site, a large public facilities people’s Park and cultural heritage dule temple are built in the north of the project, including office, entertainment and education. With rich functions, the coverage area will be affected by the customer group of family consumers, business office people and leisure and entertainment people. According to the customer group analysis, the project is positioned to take "urban family" as the main core customer group, meet the pragmatic consumption demand, and provide more acceptable forms of expression for young customers.

The starry sky carries ancient history and human imagination, and mankind’s beautification hopes for the future.

We look for design elements based on the design concept of "interstellar fantasy", integrating innovative space techniques, extraction, deconstruction, reorganization, form a unique design language and build a fantastic starry sky theme space.

针对项目周边环境及客群分析，设置“星际幻想”主题景观商业广场。在编辑故事脚本时依据场地分为四个主要篇章：星轨广场、星河幻境、星际秀场、宇宙探索。每一个篇章代表对应场所，为游走在空间中的人制造不一样的惊喜，叙说一场关于星际的奇妙幻想。

According to the analysis of the surrounding environment and customer group of the project, set up the "star fantasy" theme landscape commercial plaza. When editing the story script, it is divided into four main chapters according to the site: Star orbit square, Star River fantasy, interstellar show and universe exploration. Each chapter represents the corresponding place, creates different surprises for people walking in space, and tells a wonderful fantasy about interstellar space.

02 星轨广场 Star orbit Plaza 主入口是空间的重要节点，保证视线开阔，以参数化的渐变铺装还原星轨的运行轨迹，同时优化广场空间，梳理交通走向，增强场地可达性。利用模块化拼接，增加铺装层次，提高材料利用率。

The main entrance is an important node of the space to ensure a wide view, restore the operation track of the satellite orbit with parametric gradient pavement, optimize the square space, sort out the traffic direction and enhance the accessibility of the site. Modular splicing is used to increase the pavement layer and improve the material utilization rate.

星河空间演变

以自转星体的结构与造型为灵感，通过推敲演变，以旋转轨迹为线，一颗颗繁星散落点缀，点亮空间，明灭之间尽显星辰绚烂。

Inspired by the structure and shape of rotating stars, through careful evolution and taking the rotation track as the line, stars are scattered and dotted to light up the space and show the brilliance of stars between light and extinction.

03星河幻境

Star River fantasy

儿童活动区临近主广场，作为亲子娱乐的共享互动空间，以互动翻转墙、触控星球、发光椅等组合互动设施打造星球主题互动墙面，满足各年龄儿童活动需求。地面设置触控月球发光装置，儿童在嬉戏玩闹之中体验沉浸式互动空间。聚集人流，制造网红打卡点。

The children’s activity area is close to the main square and serves as a shared interactive space for parent-child entertainment. The planet themed Interactive Wall is built with a combination of interactive facilities such as interactive flip wall, touch planet and luminous chair to meet the activity needs of children of all ages. The ground is equipped with a touch lunar light-emitting device, so that children can experience an immersive interactive space while playing. Gather people and create online Red punch points.

04 星际秀场 Interstellar show

青少年健身区作为广场中心节点，做星际主题空间，铺装通过色彩组合不同星球交互环绕，设置篮球场、休憩看台、主题 IP 打卡、临时秀场等多元化活动设施，作为一个主题性空间秀场，满足全年龄活动需求，吸引人流，聚集场地交流互动。主题性“星际宇航员”情景雕塑，增加空间记忆点，强调空间主题性。As the central node of the square, the youth fitness area is a star themed space. It is paved and surrounded by different planets through color combinations. It is equipped with diversified activity facilities such as basketball court, rest stand, theme IP punch in, temporary show, etc. as a themed space show, it can meet the needs of all-age activities, attract people and gather at the venue for communication and interaction. Thematic "interstellar astronaut" situational sculpture adds space memory points and emphasizes space theme.

05宇宙探索

Cosmic exploration

通过对场地的空间优化，利用现有台阶设置多经点位，打破传统做法，提高空间利用率。设置星球主题墙，结合广告灯箱，丰富空间层次的同时吸引人流，强调主题性，设置潮流打卡点。

Through the space optimization of the site, the existing steps are used to set multi warp points, breaking the traditional practices and improving the space utilization rate. Set up the planet theme wall, combined with the advertising light box, enrich the space level, attract people, emphasize the theme, and set the trend punch in point.

根据场地现有特色，满足全年龄参与需求，采用定制化设计，使每个年龄层的消费者都有自己的主场，设置主题下沉广场、青少年健身运动区、儿童娱乐区等主题空间，汇聚人流，提高商业氛围。

According to the existing characteristics of the venue, meet the participation needs of all ages, adopt customized design, so that consumers of each age have their own home, set theme sinking square, youth fitness and sports area, children’s entertainment area and other theme spaces, gather people and improve the business atmosphere.

当提及一座城市的时候，往往首先想到的是那些能否代表城市特色的街区。南京有夫子庙、上海有南京路、成都有宽窄巷子、武汉有户部巷......在天津蓟州，诉说着另一段南城往事。穿越时空，体验一场民国风情盛宴。

01 时光站台 Time platform

根据空间特色，模拟车站站台广场，结合特色铺装打造共享空间，可满足小型舞台及多经点位需求，增加空间互动性，提高商业空间利用率。铺装结合记忆雕刻黄铜板点缀其中，增加细节精致度的同时强调空间故事感。

According to the space characteristics, simulate the station platform square and create a shared space in combination with the characteristic pavement, which can meet the needs of small stage and multi-channel points, increase the space interaction and improve the utilization rate of commercial space. The pavement is decorated with memory carved brass plates to increase the delicacy of details and emphasize the sense of space story.

02南城报社

Nancheng newspaper

根据建筑前期民国主题定位，结合原有墙面，以民国报社展台为原型，设置民国风“爱的宣言”主题互动墙，优化原有竖向空间，吸引人流，体验一场属于民国时期的浪漫告白。

According to the theme orientation of the Republic of China in the early stage of the building, combined with the original wall, taking the booth of the Republic of China newspaper as the prototype, set up the theme interactive wall of the Republic of China style "Declaration of love", optimize the original vertical space, attract people, and experience a romantic advertisement belonging to the Republic of China.

03劝业商贸

Quanye commerce and trade

天津曾是中国第二大商业城市和北方最大的金融商贸中心，带状广场模拟民国商街氛围，展现民国繁荣之态。

中心节点空间狭长，以折线铺装增加空间层次，同时做空间线性引导，梳理人流，优化室外空间分区，合理规划外摆区。

Tianjin used to be the second largest commercial city in China and the largest financial and Trade Center in the north. The ribbon square simulates the business street atmosphere of the Republic of China and shows the prosperity of the Republic of China.

The central node space is narrow and long. The broken line pavement is used to increase the spatial level. At the same time, the spatial linear guidance is done to sort out the flow of people, optimize the outdoor space zoning and reasonably plan the swing area.

04 时空邮局

Space time post office

从前车马很慢，书信很远，一生只够爱一个人。

端头结合连桥设置“时空邮局”主题空间，墙面结合特色构筑物及互动装置打造特色网红墙，增强空间特色的同时，汇聚人流。

In the past, cars and horses were very slow, letters were far away, and you could only love one person in your life.

The theme space of "space-time post office" is set at the end combined with the bridge, and the wall is combined with characteristic structures and interactive devices to create a characteristic network red wall to enhance the spatial characteristics and gather the flow of people at the same time.

景观设计延续外立面民国风格，设置特色铺装及主题节点空间。端头空间设置铺装以折线构图梳理空间，做人流引导，合理划分外摆空间。

端头设置共享空间，作为人流汇聚点，满足商业舞台及多径点位需求，提高空间利用率。

两侧连桥处分别结合建筑原有墙体设置“告白墙”及“时空邮局”等网红打卡点，同时增强三、四层人流互动体验，丰富垂直空间。

The landscape design continues the style of the facade of the Republic of China, with characteristic pavement and theme node space. The end space is paved, the space is combed by broken line composition, the flow of people is guided, and the swing space is reasonably divided. Shared space is set at the end as the gathering point of people flow to meet the needs of commercial stage and multi-path points and improve space utilization. The connecting bridges on both sides are respectively combined with the original walls of the building to set up "advertising wall" and "space-time post office" and other network red punch points. At the same time, the interactive experience of people flow on the third and fourth floors is enhanced to enrich the vertical space.
