The designer of thisduplex apartmentin Barcelona had quite a difficult task: to place a full kitchen, a living room, and a bedroom at only 40 sqm. The second level was very helpful as the bedroom and bathroom with shower were located there, while the sink had to be placed directly opposite the bed. The first floor was given to the kitchen-living space. It has everything the owners need, kitchen utensils are stored in racks under the stairs, and you can dine at a comfortable bar counter that goes into a bookcase.
