Instead of building a new home from scratch, studioHoedemaker Pfeifferstudio offered renovation of an old beach cottage with an extension, in order to preserve the authentic spirit and atmosphere of the home. Since the house is located near the beach on Whidbey Island in Washington State and is used by the owners as a holiday home for the weekend, most of the windows in it are oriented to beautiful sea views. There is also a terrace with soft outdoor furniture, where, it seems, you can spend hours enjoying nature in a good company. Perfect setting!
