The owner of this apartment, an Australian businessman has lived in Barcelona for some time, but until recently he had a small apartment in the city center. And now, when he realized that he is going to stay in this sunny city for a long time, he decided he needed a bigger dwelling – to host guests and feel comfortable, like at home. With this goal, he found magnificent, but slightly abandoned apartments in a historic building of the 19th century and hired a local design studioABAGfor a reconstruction.
