设计上摆脱了传统中式的繁琐与沉闷，以更为简约的现代设计语言，来传递东方情调和空间力量，呈现既有时代性又有传承性的风雅新中式人居生活。

空间的肌理与色彩都以一种更加含蓄的方式表达，将传统人文元素编织进现代的建构秩序中，点到为止的元素，将气氛有效的进行传递，色调温润细腻，不失质感。
