间筑课堂丨中国上海丨间筑设计

最初，事务所决定每年以合适的频率进行"TEAM_LEARNING 间筑课堂"的分享，是希望同事们可以在琢磨设计、绘制图纸之余，有机会让思维转个弯，以学习的方式拓宽感知的边界。其作用有点儿像是一本书里的插图，可以帮助你更加生动地解读到当下的文字涉及与未涉及的东西。

When TEAM_BLDG decided to hold "TEAM_LEARNING " at appropriate intervals every year, we hope that it could be opportunity for all colleagues to turn their thinking and push the boundaries of perception in a learning way while working on design and drawings. It works a bit like an illustration in a book that helps you read more vividly what the current words are and are not about.

2022年五味杂陈，但也是难得慢下来的一年。其间，间筑进行了8次课堂，每期一位"讲师"，分享了建筑、照明、露营、马拉松、插画等领域的知识与趣事。上海封控期间，课堂则转变为周五线上饮酒并观看纪录片，总共看了3部，皆由Ila Beka和Louise Lemoine担任导演。

2022 is a year of mixed flavors, but also a rare period to slow down. We had 8 TEAM_ LEARNING lessoons conducted in 2022, each with a "lecturer", sharing knowledge and interesting events in the fields of architecture, lighting, camping, marathon, illustration, etc. During the Shanghai lockdown, the class turned online on Friday, with drinking and documentary viewing. We watched three films in total, all directed by Ila Beka and Louise Lemoine.

"间筑课堂"并不是一件需要大家正襟危坐，听严师传授精深哲理的事情，它更像是请良师益友来聊聊近况，帮助我们去了解这个世界上有各式的人，在做着各样的事。

"TEAM_LEARNING" is not about sitting still and listening to the profound philosophy given by a professor. It is more like inviting a mentor to talk about the recent situation and help us understand that there are various people are doing various things in this world.

最后，关于这"8堂课"的记录，也是间筑对2022年一部分"沿途见闻"的回忆。

In the end, the record of these "8 lessons" is also the memory of TEAM_BLDG's "experience along the way" in 2022.
