引言

打破传统的小三居两卫紧凑户型，重视公区功能以及动线。

Breaking away from the traditional compact layout of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, emphasizing the functions of public areas and the transportation line.

餐厨一体化增加了别墅才能拥有的超大岛台，形成与餐厅之间的过渡，充分利用了过道空间，使用动线更清晰简洁，同时也丰富了餐厅空间的功能，除就餐以外，亦可以承担部分待客休闲的用途。客厅还融入了南阳台，大大增加了客厅面积。

The integration of dining and kitchen has added a super large island platform that only villas can have, forming a transition between the villa and the restaurant, fully utilizing the aisle space, making the usage lines clearer and simpler, while also enriching the functions of the restaurant space. In addition to dining, it can also undertake some entertaining and leisure purposes. The living room is also integrated with Nanyang Terrace, greatly increasing the living room area.

角落空间常常被忽视，但实际上它们可以成为家居设计中的亮点。比如本案就利用了东北角这个角落空间来打造了一个实用又美观的衣帽间，成了一大亮点，拥有一个超大衣帽间也是每个女生的梦想~

Corner spaces are often overlooked, but in reality they can become highlights in home design. For example, this case utilized the northeast corner space to create a practical and beautiful cloakroom, which became a major highlight. Having a super large cloakroom is also a dream for every girl.

卫生间选用沉稳的灰白色调结合的方式，内敛克制，通过深浅不一营造层次感，打造出宁静的氛围。合理的排布设置，为日常使用提供了最大的舒适与便捷。

The bathroom adopts a combination of calm gray and white tones, which are introverted and restrained, creating a sense of hierarchy through varying shades, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Reasonable layout provides

maximum comfort and convenience for daily use. 

小户型设计需要考虑到空间规划、多功能性、储存空间、色彩和光线以及简洁的装饰等要点，这些都是使小户型变得更加实用、舒适和美观的关键，去最大限度地利用有限的空间。

我们对于此户型整体改造的幅度也是非常的大，在配套产品选择上也非常重视品质。

mall unit design needs to consider key points such as spatial planning, versatility, storage space, color and lighting, and simple decoration, all of which are key to making small units more practical, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing, in order to maximize the use of limited space. We have also made significant changes to the overall renovation of this unit type and attach great importance to quality in the selection of supporting products.
