01DESCRIPTION
概述
重庆,烤鱼发源地。炉火生烟,呼朋唤友。当炉火与鱼肉相遇,那便是一场麻辣鲜香与称心快意的碰撞。趁鲜,传承重庆烤鱼风味。选用湖北的水产一绝“清江鱼”,采用 350℃高温的窖炉炙烤,再浇入十余种秘制现炒的调料。一烤二炖,让烤鱼持续入味。客至,鱼上。趁鲜为消费者创造一场香辣过瘾、趁心快意的食鱼体验。
Chongqing, the birthplace of grilled fish. Smoke from the fire, call friends. When the fire meets fish, it is a collision of spicy and delicious aroma and satisfaction. Taking advantage of the freshness, inheriting the flavor of Chongqing grilled fish.

03 TAKE SHAPE 取形
践行“Joyful&Useful Design(愉悦且好用的设计)”的设计使命,和“文脉的当代表达”的设计理念,从重庆的建筑、地形等元素出发,用简约的手法构筑了一个带有“山城”精神性感知的空间。
Practicing the design mission of "Joyful & Useful Design" and the design concept of "contemporary expression of context", starting from Chongqing’s architecture, terrain and other elements, it uses a simple method to construct a "Mountain City" is a space for spiritual perception.

将重庆吊脚楼的吊脚杆演变成空间的装饰柱。吊脚楼上的灯笼巧妙演变成空间的装饰框画,宣传品牌文化。
