顶层精心布置的一套公寓

Cet appartement au dernier étage d’un immeuble classique en Suède est celui de Jimmy. Il l’a acheté en 2022, et a confié sa décoration et son aménagement à de grands professionnels. Nous voyons souvent sur le blog, des appartements et des maisons vendus par la célèbre agence immobilièreAlvhem. En Suède, il n’est pas rare que ces grandes agences disposent en plus d’un service de décoration intérieure. Et si celle-ci avait dès le début participé à la création de quatre appartements dans les combles de cet immeuble, à la demande de la copropriété qui souhaitait exploiter ces volumes perdus, elle a été ravie lorsque Jimmy, un des acheteurs s’est adressés à leurs services pour finaliser son l’intérieur de son appartement au dernier étage.C’est Caroline, la décoratrice d’intérieur de l’entreprise, qui est intervenue sur ce projet. L’appartementprésente des caractéristiques intéressantes, avec une pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte, et surtout de magnifiques fenêtres s’ouvrant sur le ciel. Il possède aussi une belleterrassecréée dans la pente du toit. La décoration bien pensée par Caroline est moderne et intemporelle, et laisse la vedette à ces beaux volumes et ces fenêtres. Les couleurs sont sobres, l’ensemble confortable, et ont permis à Jimmy de se sentir immédiatement chez lui après son emménagement.  Photo : Philip LiljenbergWell-thought-out decor for a top-floor flatThis flat on the top floor of a classic building in Sweden is Jimmy’s. He bought it in 2022, and entrusted its decor and layout to top professionals. On the blog, we often see flats and houses sold by the famous Alvhem estate agency. In Sweden, it’s not uncommon for these large agencies to also offer an interior decorating service. And while this agency was involved from the outset in creating four flats in the attic of this building, at the request of the condominium owners who wanted to make the most of the lost space, it was delighted when Jimmy, one of the buyers, turned to their services to finalise his interior.Caroline, the company’s interior decorator, worked on the project. The flat has a number of interesting features, including a living room with an open-plan kitchen and, above all, magnificent windows opening onto the sky. It also has a beautiful terrace created in the slope of the roof. Caroline’s decor is modern and timeless, giving pride of place to the spacious rooms and windows.
