布宜诺斯艾利斯百年公寓 | 工业风设计翻新

Cet appartement argentin centenaire a été rénové par les architectes Sofía Calvaresi et Agustina Servide, à la tête d’Estudio Florida. C’est dans un bâtiment des années 1920 situé à Buenos Aires, que ses propriétaires, Jésica et Hernán ont fait appel à elles pour réaliser leur projet. Il s’agissait d’ouvrir les espaces sur la cour, et ainsi récupérer un accès facile à l’extérieur de l’appartement. Les architectes ont entrepris également de l’agrandir, en ajoutant un étage au-dessus de l’existant.En ce qui concerne la décoration, encouragée par les fenêtres en fer et en verre et le mur de briques anciennes dupatio,  la designer et céramiste Karina Contini qui a collaboré à ce projet, a proposé une ambiance de style industriel, moderne et pratique. Les tons sobres et naturels conviennent parfaitement à cette oasis urbaine, idéale pour ses propriétaires après ce long chantier dans cetappartementargentin. The owners, Jésica and Hernán, called on them to carry out their project in a 1920s building in Buenos Aires. The aim was to open up the spaces to the courtyard, thus recovering easy access to the outside of the flat. The architects also undertook to extend the apartment, adding a floor above the existing one.As far as the decor is concerned, encouraged by the iron and glass windows and the old brick wall of the patio, the interior designer Karina Contini, who collaborated on this project, proposed an industrial, modern and practical atmosphere.
