Monter le spa et l’installer à un étage aussi élevé a représenté un défi logistique. Il a fallu renforcer la terrasse avec un treillis métallique, et réaliser une isolation étanche. C’est unappartement en duplexaménagé pour pouvoir recevoir famille et amis, et c’est le niveau réservé aux propriétaires que nous découvrons ici.Avec ses immenses fenêtres donnant sur la terrasse, cet appartement avec spa est très lumineux. Il offre un confort contemporain et a été aménagé à la manière d’une suite d’hôtel, avec un luxe certain mais qui n’est pas intimidant. Cet espace réservé au couple des propriétaires est situé au niveau le plus haut et profite de la terrasse et de la vue imprenable.  La décoration est basée sur les couleurs naturelles, mélangées à des matériaux bruts, avec une chambre au design original où les différents volumes sont séparés par des claustras. Its location offers a superb view of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Installing the spa on such a high floor was a logistical challenge. The terrace had to be reinforced with wire mesh, and waterproof insulation had to be installed. This is a duplex flat set up for entertaining family and friends, and it is the owners’ level that we see here.With its huge windows opening onto the terrace, this flat with spa is very bright. It offers contemporary comfort and has been furnished in the style of a hotel suite, with a certain luxury that is not intimidating. This space, reserved for the owners’ couple, is located on the highest level and takes advantage of the terrace and the breathtaking view.  The decor is based on natural colours, mixed with raw materials, with an original bedroom design where the different volumes are separated by screens.
