西班牙海滩上具有多元文化底蕴的 100 平米公寓

Cet appartement de 100m2  sur une plage a des racines cosmopolites. Situé en Espagne, il appartient à une famille égyptienne, et a été conçu par l’architecte brésilienne Larissa Perna, du studio La Rous. Malgré ces origines diverses, il n’est pas décoré dans un style du sud, mais possède une atmosphère épurée, presque citadine. La magnifique vue sur la mer de la plage de Castelldefels en Catalogne est le plus beau des décors, qui justifie que ladécoration intérieurereste sobre et naturelle.Cet appartement de 100m2 était autrefois aménagé avec une décoration vieillotte, et après unerénovationqui a duré une année complète, il est devenu très lumineux et moderne. Le chêne clair, le terrazzo coloré, sont deux des protagonistes choisis pour cet intérieur. Ce sont les paysages environnants qui ont servi d’inspiration pour la création de la palette de couleurs. Ainsi les nuances de beige rappellent le sable des plages et le bleu tirant sur le vert, les eaux de la mer Méditerranée. Despite these diverse origins, it is not decorated in a southern style, but has a clean, almost city feel. The magnificent sea view from the beach in Castelldefels, Catalonia, is the most beautiful of the decorations, which justifies the fact that the interior decoration remains sober and natural.This 100m2 flat used to have an old-fashioned decor, but after a year-long renovation it has become very bright and modern. Light oak and coloured terrazzo are two of the protagonists chosen for this interior. The surrounding landscape was the inspiration for the colour scheme.
