Il se situe à Madrid, près du réservoir de San Juan, considéré comme “la mer” de la capitale espagnole. Et il est vrai que la vue donne l’impression de vivre non loin de la Méditerranée.Le plan de ce super deux-pièces de 36m2 a été revu de façon optimale, avec laterrasseconnectée directement au salon et à la salle à  manger pour profiter de la vue depuis le canapé du salon. Cette pièce principale est très lumineuse et chaleureuse, décorée dans des tons naturels et neutres qui augmentent l’impression d’espace.
