Cet appartement design de  45m2 est construit face à une plage au Brésil à Rio de Janeiro, et a été aménagé parJ1 Arquitetura e Engenharia, qui en a fait un lieu parfait pour son propriétaire, un avocat célibataire qui vit là avec son chien, un golden retriever. Il avait quelques idées sur ce à quoi devait ressembler son intérieur idéal, mais a laissé carte blanche aux professionnels pour lui proposer un projet correspondant à ses goûts pour le contemporain.La base de cetappartementdesign de 45m2 est neutre, réchauffé par un beau sol en bois roux, dans un style industriel contemporain, pas trop poussé. L’acier, le verre armé et les tons gris viennent s’ajouter à la couleur des briques, en un parfait accord. Certains murs d’origine ont été abattus pour ouvrir les espaces, et l’élément le plus marquant est sans aucun doute la baignoire installée vers laterrassefermée, qui permet d’admirer la mer tout en prenant son bain.  Photo : Raiana Medina45m2 design flat facing the beach in BrazilThis 45m² designer flat is built in front of a beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and was designed by J1 Arquitetura e Engenharia, who made it perfect for its owner, a single lawyer who lives there with his dog, a golden retriever. He had some ideas of what his ideal interior should look like, but gave the professionals free rein to come up with a design that matched his taste for the contemporary.The base of this 45m2 design flat is neutral, warmed by a beautiful red wood floor, in a contemporary industrial style, not too overdone. Steel, wired glass and grey tones complement the colour of the bricks in a perfect match. Some of the original walls have been knocked down to open up the spaces, and the most striking feature is undoubtedly the bathtub installed towards the closed terrace, which allows you to admire the sea while taking a bath.
