阿根廷 22m2 多功能工作室，创意金属结构设计

L’architecte Rocío Brunet et ses frères et sœurs Natalia et Mauro -créateurs deVint Market– en Argentine désiraient avoir un pied-à-terre qui leur permette de travailler au calme, et de séjourner quelques jours. Ce studio de 22m2 situé dans un immeuble centenaire est devenu le lieu idéal pour ce projet. Après avoir abattu un mur, ils ont dégagé une surface suffisante pour créer une pièce principale agréable, et  la hauteur sous plafond de 3,50m leur a permis d’installer une mezzanine pour la zonechambre.Un bureau a été installé sous cette mezzanine en métal, un matériau parfait pour créer les différents éléments dans ce studio de 22m2. Si la hauteur de l’espace bureau n’est que peu élevée (1,77m) et demande donc un peu de prudence pour s’y installer, il est intime et idéal pour travailler au calme. Grâce à l’expérience de l’architecte dans le domaine de la métallurgie, la structure en acier a été pensée de façon optimale. Ladécoration contemporaineest simple, et correspond exactement à ce qui est nécessaire dans un appartement destiné à de courts séjours. Rien de trop, mais tout est là, y compris une cuisine et une salle de bain confortables, sans oublier le lit en hauteur, accessible facilement grâce à l’escalier en acier. This 22m2 studio in a century-old building became the ideal place for this project. After knocking down a wall, they had enough space to create a cosy main room, and the 3.5m high ceiling allowed them to install a mezzanine for the bed area.A desk was installed under this mezzanine in metal, a perfect material to create the different elements in this 22m2 studio. Although the height of the office area is only a little high (1.77m) and therefore requires a little caution to move in, it is intimate and ideal for working in peace. Thanks to the architect’s experience in the field of metalworking, the steel structure has been optimally designed. The contemporary decoration is simple, and corresponds exactly to what is needed in a flat for short stays. Nothing is too much, but everything is there, including a comfortable kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the high bed, easily accessible thanks to the steel staircase.
