成都别墅天井设计丨中国成都丨成都猫眼室内设计有限公司

该项目是一个私人别墅项目，原建筑地面三层、地下两层，中间有个3间卧室大小的天井。前后及侧面都有花园。听甲方说，小区里其他业主都把此天井封闭搭建起来，这样每层楼可增加50平米的使用面积，但我们没有这样考虑。

This is project as private villa, the original construction is three layers on the ground and two layers under the ground, and there is a small yard with the same area as three bed rooms. It’s surrounded with gardens. According to party A’s speaking, the other owners of this community have built this small yard in seal way, by which can add the using area for 50

for each layer, but we don’t have this kind of consideration.

经过跟甲方沟通了解到，甲方常住人口只有三代、5口人,并不需要太多的房间。现在是没有电梯，目前也不打算装电梯，未来不确定。

根据以上信息，我们保留了天井，只是每层楼根据功能布局，调整了天井的大小。

Through the communication with party A, there are only three generations as 5 persons for the permanent residence for this villa, it is not necessary for more rooms at present. There is no elevator now, and no plan for it temporarily and it’s not sure for the future. According to the above information, we keep the small yard, and assign the layout by the function from each layer, and we adjusted the size of the small yard.

保留天井有几点好处:

2、每层楼都不会有黑房间，真正做到室内通风采光最优化。

3、提升了整个别墅的景观价值。

4、给房屋的使用，带去了更多的变动性和延展性。未来若想加电梯，可以不用大动干戈， 只需要把天井改成电梯就可。

Few advantages for keeping the small yard:

1.

There is a vertical communication space inside this construction, and telephone is not necessary for the people within different layers, and communicate and interact face to face, and it is much more active, fast and union for this whole family.

There is no black room from each layer, and optimize most of the internal area for ventilation and lightening.

3.

Improve the landscape value for the whole villa.

4.Bring more alternation and extension for the rooms usage. If you want to install elevators in the future, there is no need for large engineering, only needs to change the small yard into elevator.

该项目建成后，甲方为我们这个天井的设计，非常喜欢。坐在天井喝茶，仰望天空，可以看见阳光的变化，雨水的流淌，非常惬意。

After the construction of this project, party A is preferable for the design of this small yard. Sitting at the small yard, drinking tea, viewing the sky, it’s easy to see the change of the sky, the flow of the rain, it is an amazing enjoy.
