Allierrénovationdesign et économique est un tour de force, pensez-vous. Pourtant cet appartement avec terrasse en Espagne a du résoudre ce problème qui se pose à beaucoup d’entre nous : améliorer son logement, le moderniser, sans toutefois dépasser son budget de départ. Les propriétaires de cet appartement avait une enveloppe de 55.000 € pour refaire la totalité de leur intérieur, d’une surface de 100m2, c’est à dire un peu plus de 500 € du mètre carré. N’importe quel professionnel du secteur vous dira qu’il est presque impossible de réaliser quelque chose de complet avec cette somme pour une telle surface.Pourtant en conservant la plupart des éléments de départ sans modifier les menuiseries, en utilisant des matériaux peu coûteux, et en soignant l’éclairage, Marcos Catalán et García Orte, en collaboration avec l’architecteVictor Bergnes, ont gagné totalement leur pari. En supprimant une simple cloison entre lacuisineet le salon, ils ont ouvert les espaces, dont le sol a été revêtu demicrocimentgris, les murs simplement blanchis, tout cela réchauffé par la présence du bois et des autres matériaux naturels comme le sisal, le chanvre et le rotin. Les menuiseries extérieures sont celles d’origine et l’aluminium a simplement été repeint pour cette rénovation design et économique.  L’appartement s’ouvre sur une terrasse privée avec accès à une pinède commune, un véritable plus pour ce lieu qui a été déterminant lors de son achat. However, this flat with a terrace in Spain had to solve the problem that many of us face: improving their home, modernising it, without exceeding their initial budget. The owners of this flat had a budget of €55,000 to redo their entire 100m2 interior, which is just over €500 per square metre. Any professional in the sector will tell you that it is almost impossible to do something complete with this amount of money for such a surface.However, by keeping most of the original elements without changing the woodwork, using inexpensive materials and taking care of the lighting, Marcos Catalán and García Orte, in collaboration with the architect Victor Bergnes, have won their bet completely. By eliminating a simple partition between the kitchen and the living room, they have opened up the spaces, which have been covered with grey microcement and the walls simply whitewashed, all of which is warmed by the presence of wood and other natural materials such as sisal, hemp and rattan. The exterior joinery is the original and the aluminium has simply been repainted for this design and economic renovation. The flat opens onto a private terrace with access to a shared pine forest, a real plus for this location which was a determining factor in its purchase.
