巴塞罗那一位建筑师翻新的一个开放式且现代化的公寓

Cet appartement ouvert et moderne a été rénové par l’architecte Sergi Ponsà Barcelone. Il est aménagé autour d’un meuble pivot, une grande bibliothèque en chêne dans le salon, autour de laquelle s’articule tout le plan de la zone de réception. Ce grand meuble en bois est en accord avec la décoration naturelle des espaces, et sert à stocker le maximum d’objets afin de laisser au lieu sa sérénité élégante. Il accueille lacheminée, camoufle le téléviseur, et cache laclimatisation.Cet appartement recelait dès le départ un avantage très précieux : il est sans murs porteurs, ce qui permettait de revoir le plan sans tenir compte de l’existant au moins au niveau des cloisons. L’architecte avait donc tout loisir de redistribuer les espaces pour optimiser au mieux les mètres carrés et adapter le lieu au mode de vie de ses propriétaires. Le bois, l’acier, et les coloris sombres comme pour le fond de la bibliothèque sont un fil décliné tout au long de la décoration de cet appartement ouvert et moderne, à la fois facile à vivre et harmonieux. It is arranged around a central piece of furniture, a large oak bookcase in the living room, around which the whole plan of the reception area is based. This large wooden piece of furniture is in keeping with the natural decoration of the spaces, and is used to store the maximum number of objects in order to give the place its elegant serenity. It houses the fireplace, hides the television and conceals the air conditioning.This flat had a very valuable advantage from the outset: it has no load-bearing walls, which meant that the plan could be redesigned without taking into account the existing structure, at least in terms of the partitions. The architect was therefore free to redistribute the spaces to optimise the square metres and adapt the place to the lifestyle of its owners. Wood, steel and dark colours, such as the background of the library, are a thread that runs through the decoration of this open and modern flat, which is both easy to live with and harmonious.
