创意设计打造 49m2 公园景致小宅

C’est la designerKatya Ulanovaqui a pris en charge l’aménagement de cet appartement de 49m2 en créant un design inventif sur mesure pour lui. Ses fenêtres donnent sur un parc, une grande forêt. L’appartement est totalement neuf, elle partait donc d’une toile vierge à équiper et pour lui donner une véritable personnalité, elle a choisi un aménagement atypique. La vue spectaculaire sur le parc est ce qui a séduit sa propriétaire lors de son achat. Elle veut l’admirer impérativement depuis le lit. C’est pourquoi la designer  a placé ce dernier presque contre la fenêtre et même si la chambre est très petite, lorsque la propriétaire ouvre les yeux le matin, elle voit le ciel infini devant elle.Le mur verrière en partie opaque permet de poser le canapé contre lui, et de créer ainsi un coin salon intime. Il y a peu de meubles dans cet appartement au design inventif, et ils ont été pour la plupart construits sur mesure, comme le plan de travail de lacuisineavec son carrelage blanc jointé en noir, un élément que l’on retrouve dans la table basse du salon. L’ intéressante fenêtre en arc de cercle carrelée en bleu dans la chambre, est un autre des éléments atypiques de cetappartement, qui permet de s’installer et de profiter de la vue en pleine journée. Its windows overlook a park, a large forest. The flat is completely new, so she started with a blank canvas to furnish and to give it a real personality, she chose an atypical layout. The spectacular view of the park is what seduced the owner when she bought it. She wants to be able to see it from the bed. That is why the designer placed the bed almost against the window, and even though the room is very small, when the owner opens her eyes in the morning, she sees the endless sky in front of her.The partly opaque glass wall allows the sofa to be placed against it, thus creating an intimate sitting area. There is little furniture in this inventively designed flat, and most of it is custom-made, such as the kitchen worktop with its white tiles grouted in black, an element found in the coffee table in the living room. The interesting arched window in the bedroom, tiled in blue, is another of the flat’s atypical elements, which allows you to sit back and enjoy the view during the day.
