马德里自然风 loft | 历史建筑与现代设计的完美融合

Ce loft situé à Madrid appartient à Juan Luis Medina deMadrid in Love, un studio de design intérieur, et l’on voit ici s’exprimer tout le talent de son propriétaire et son amour pour les lieux à la décoration aux couleurs naturelles, les matières texturées et l’esthétique.  Le loft se trouve à l’intérieur d’un ancien couvent du XVIIe siècle, rénové en 2005 pour y créer quelques appartements.Il possède un patio, ce qui a séduit immédiatement son nouveau propriétaire, ainsi qu’une belle hauteur sous plafond caractéristique des bâtiments anciens. Le plan d’origine proposé par le rénovateur était déjà ouvert, il est donc peu intervenu sur la structure du bâtiment lui-même, se contentant de changer lacuisine, et en installant  un ancien comptoir de mercerie pour créer un îlot original. Il a également repeint en blanc les boiseries et le parquet en pin afin que la décoration aux couleurs naturelles soient parfaitement adaptée à ses désirs, et posé de la moquette à l’étage, où se trouvent la chambre, la salle de bains principale et le dressing. The loft is located inside a former 17th century convent, renovated in 2005 to create a few flats.It has a patio, which immediately appealed to the new owner, and a high ceiling that is characteristic of older buildings. The original plan proposed by the renovator was already open, so he did little to the structure of the building itself, merely changing the kitchen, and installing an old haberdashery counter to create an original island. He also repainted the woodwork and the pine floor in white so that the natural colours of the decoration would suit his wishes perfectly, and laid carpet on the first floor, where the bedroom, main bathroom and dressing room are located.
