安纳西旧城区的独特复式公寓设计

Situé sur les hauteurs d’Annecy-le- Vieux, cetappartement en duplexa été créé grâce à la transformation de combles d’uneancienne fermeconstruite en 1860. Sa position dominante et des larges fenêtres de toit lui offrent un vue plongeante sur le magnifique lac d’Annecy et la montagne.Une cheminée contemporaine, un élément rare dans un appartement et précieux lorsqu’on habite dans une région où les hivers peuvent être rudes, a été installée en profitant des travaux lors des travaux de transformation. Le bel espace de vie installé à l’espace supérieur offre également une cuisine ouverte avec îlot.
