巴塞罗那工业风复古 loft，带私密 patio

Ce sublime loft avec patio est issu de rénovation de la Casa Bures à Barcelone parKirsten Schwalgien Design.L’acier des colonnes, les verrières en grand format , et la décoration contemporaine lui donnent une allure chaleureuse et un peu sombre sans doute pour certains. Afin de ne pas se sentir totalement enfermé, ce qui pourrait sembler étouffant malgré les grands volumes, un joli patio a été créé, comme une terrasse abritée sur laquelle donne la chambre principale.Le bâtiment où il se situe construit en 1905 est emblématique de l’époque Art Nouveau de Barcelone. C’est un riche marchand de textiles qui l’avait commandé à Francesc Berenguer I Mestres, un ami proche de Gaudi, et après des années d’abandon, il a été entièrement rénové par  Estudio Vilablanch et TDB Arquitectura, dont je vous avais déjà présenté leprojet. Il comporte désormais 26 appartements à la grande personnalité, dont ce loft avec patio au rez-de-chaussée installé à la place d’un ancien entrepôt, et qui comporte seulement deux chambres à coucher, laissant la vedette à son espace de réception.Loft with patio in a former industrial building in BarcelonaThis sublime loft with patio is the result of the renovation of Casa Bures in Barcelona by Kirsten Schwalgien Design. The steel columns, the large glass windows and the contemporary decoration give it a warm and dark look. In order not to feel totally enclosed, which could seem stifling despite the large volumes, a nice patio has been created, like a sheltered terrace on which the main bedroom opens.The building where it is located, constructed in 1905, is emblematic of Barcelona’s Art Nouveau period. It was commissioned by a wealthy textile merchant to Francesc Berenguer I Mestres, a close friend of Gaudi’s, and after years of neglect, it has been completely renovated by Estudio Vilablanch and TDB Arquitectura, whose project I had already presented to you.
