古老农舍的现代重生——Dimora delle Balze

Elena Lops, la propriétaire de cette masseria, une ancienne ferme de Sicile, a voulu revenir à ses racines et à celles de son mari en s’installant ici. Cette maison datant du 19e siècle nécessitait une profonde rénovation, car elle avait été inhabitée depuis des décennies. C’est la designerDraga Obradovicet de l’architecte Stefano Guidotti qui lui ont prêté main forte dans la réalisation de ce projet, et ont fait de cette maison, un lieu de retraite familiale, mais pas seulement.Dimora delle Balzeest devenue également un “hôtel de campagne” où l’on peut séjourner et profiter de la vie sicilienne. L’harmonie des couleurs, du style rustique mêlé aux éléments contemporains règnent dans ce lieu où le souci du détail a dominé le travail de rénovation et de décoration. Dehors, le jardin avec piscine donne sur une oliveraie ancienne. The 19th-century house was in need of extensive renovation, as it had been uninhabited for decades. The designer Draga Obradovic and the architect Stefano Guidotti helped her with the project, and turned the house into a family retreat, but not only that. Dimora delle Balze has also become a “country hotel” where you can stay and enjoy Sicilian life. The harmony of colours, the rustic style mixed with contemporary elements reign in this place where the attention to detail has dominated the renovation and decoration work.
