马德里市区公寓翻新，工业风设计成亮点

La rénovation de cet appartement avec patio à Madrid a été effectuée en une seule semaine, car il était en bon état,  et a consisté à ouvrir certains espaces et à mettre en valeur les briques du salon en les laissant apparentes comme dans un loft. C’est l’entreprise Arena Inversiones, qui a effectué les travaux,  et la décoration de style industrielle en accord avec le nouvel espace et ses briques a été réalisée parLa Casa de Mi Amiga. Le patio, un bien rare en centre ville, a été agrémenté d’une pelouse synthétique, et de voiles d’ombrages qui le cache des regards extérieurs. The work was carried out by Arena Inversiones, and the industrial-style decoration in keeping with the new space and its bricks was carried out by La Casa de Mi Amiga.
