洛杉矶老农场改造的现代木质住宅设计

En regardant ces photos, on a du mal à imaginer que cette maison en bois contemporaine est issue de la rénovation d’une ancienne ferme délabrée.  C’est le designer et architecte Rob Diaz, deRob Diaz Designà  Los Angeles, qui a réalisé ce projet, avec l’aide de son associé Mark Panasuk,  et qui a doublé la superficie de l’ancienne bâtisse. Le design intérieur empreint d’un certain minimalisme (au moins pour les USA), est chaleureux et moderne, mélangeant les matériaux naturels et l’artisanat, comme les zelliges dans la cuisine. A l’extérieur, une piscine permet de profiter de la fraîcheur de l’eau dans cette région de l’ouest des USA. Designer and architect Rob Diaz of Rob Diaz Design in Los Angeles, with the help of his partner Mark Panasuk, created the project and doubled the size of the former building. The interior design, with a certain minimalism (at least for the USA), is warm and modern, mixing natural materials and craftsmanship, such as the zelliges in the kitchen.
