La rénovation de cet authentique loft en Argentine a été mené par son propriétaire, Guido qui voulait un endroit semblable à ce que l’on trouve à New-York.  Situé dans un ancien entrepôt, il ne possédait ni gaz, ni électricité, et c’est avec son ami architecte Federico Chavaño, de Chavaño Elías Arquitectos, qu’il a pu réalisé son rêve avec l’aide de son père pour les travaux, avec un budget maîtrisé. La décoration industrielle et les espaces ouverts caractéristiques de type d’endroit, correspondent en tous points à ses désirs.
