C’est dans un des quartiers les plus animés de Valence en Espagne, que le studio d’architectureNodopias’est attelé à cette tâche. La jolie façade en briques et les plafonds catalans méritaient à eux seuls que l’on s’intéresse à cette bâtisse, le patio arrière étant la cerise sur le gâteau. Les professionnels ont cherché à respecter tous ces éléments en apportant espace, lumière et modernité. La magnifique porte en bois de l’entrée ouvre sur un intérieur conforme à notre mode de vie, avec une chambre en mezzanine nouvellement créée. La rénovation a été également énergétique, intégrant différentes stratégies bioclimatiques et passives. It was in one of the liveliest areas of Valencia, Spain, that the Nodopia architecture studio set about this task. The beautiful brick façade and the Catalan ceilings on their own deserved attention, with the rear patio being the icing on the cake. The professionals sought to respect all these elements by providing space, light and modernity. The magnificent wooden door in the entrance opens onto an interior in keeping with our way of life, with a newly created mezzanine bedroom.
