Cette maison flottante, une houseboat de 150m2 au design minimaliste construite en 2016, est typique des habitations que l’on trouve à Seattle et qui ont été popularisés par le film “nuits blanches à Seattle”. Son étage supérieur accueille une vaste zone ouverte comprenant  la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger ainsi qu’une terrasse depuis laquelle on peut admirer un paysage magique sur la ville quand le soir descend.
