巴塞罗那 36 年老建筑 48m2 公寓现代翻新设计

C’est à Barcelone, dans un immeuble ancien à la belle façade construit en 1936 que cetappartementde 48m2 a bénéficié d’une rénovation contemporaine. Issue d’un plateau vide à aménager totalement après la  modernisation de l’immeuble, la surface a été transformée en un trois pièces grâce à l’installation d’une verrière pour créer la chambre principale. Une petite pièce additionnelle (non visible sur les photos), sert de bureau ou de chambre d’appoint. Les belles briques anciennes ont été conservées dans le salon, dont le canapé jaune vient dynamiser la décoration neutre.Contemporary renovation of a 48m2 flatThis 48m2 flat in Barcelona, in an old building with a beautiful façade built in 1936, has undergone a contemporary renovation. From an empty space to be completely refurbished after the modernisation of the building, the surface area was transformed into a two-bedroom thanks to the installation of a glass roof to create the master bedroom. A small additional room (not shown in the photos), serves as an office or an extra bedroom.
