Construite dans les années 1970, elle nécessitait des travaux pour la mettre au goût du jour, dans un style contemporain et naturel. Il est fait largement appel au bois qu’il s’agisse d’habiller la façade ou de l’intérieur, tout cela pour une décoration neutre qui laisse la vedette à l’incroyable vue sur l’eau qui donne l’impression de vivre sur un bateau.
