芃束西餐厅设计

“必要的才是最重要的”---------安藤忠雄

在一个项目中，我们一直在思考什么是最重要的,经营者的理念是什么,特色与差异化的属性是什么,我们寻找最核心的点是否正确？这一系列的问题使得我们在设计之初会有一个调研的过程，有了调研的结果，我们在做设计时会去掉很多不必要的元素，让空间纯粹化和尽可能的让空间释放一些关于自然和人性的属性，让人在空间里面感受到自由的气息。

In a project, we have been considering what is most important, what the operator's philosophy is, what the characteristics and differentiation are, and is it correct for us to find the core point? This set of issues necessitates an investigation process at the start of the design process. We will remove many unnecessary elements when designing, make the space pure, and release as many attributes about nature and humanity as possible, allowing people to feel the breath of freedom in the space.

“芃束”中的“芃”是植物茂盛的意思，让植物生长得更茂盛，更有价值是PengShu团队一直在做的事情。前期在做pengshu花园之时，把地面铺满了大量的火山石，我们希望这次的PengShu西餐厅，是从原始的火山石里面自然生长出来的，与后花园融为一体。而“生长”是我们这次设计的主题。 

The word "Peng" in the phrase "Peng bundle" means "luxurious plants." It is what the PengShu team has been doing to help plants grow more lushly and valuablely. The ground was covered with a lot of volcanic rocks when Pengshu Garden was first built. We hope that this PengShu Western Restaurant will grow organically from the original volcanic rocks and blend in with the back garden. And "growth" is the theme of this time's design.

原始商铺是一个较规整的形态，最外围圆弧形与花园相接壤，设计之初就思考着如何打破原始户型给人所造成的感受。我们想去改变空间的属性和常规功能之间的组合方式。

以火山石为元素不停与功能之间发生关系和切割，所有的形体依附在功能之上。当功能发生变化时，空间的节奏也开始发生变化。入口位置我们用火山石的形体作为切割，把厨房的一面打开，让顾客在入口处便可看到厨房内部来增加客人对餐厅的信任。同时我们将咖啡吧和一些餐桌植入到了花园中，植物植入到室内中，而不是纯粹的室内，让室内室外的绿植连成一体，界限变得模糊让自由生长的气息流淌在整个室内外。

The original shop has a fairly regular shape, with the outermost arc adjacent to the garden. I was thinking about how to break the feelings caused by the original apartment at the start of the design. We want to alter the relationship between spatial attributes and traditional functions.

There is a constant relationship and cutting between functions with volcanic rocks as elements, and all forms are attached to functions. When the function shifts, the rhythm of space shifts as well. To increase customer trust in the restaurant, we use the shape of volcanic rock as a cut and open one side of the kitchen so that customers can see the inside of the kitchen at the entrance. Simultaneously, we planted the coffee bar and some dining tables in the garden, and the plants were implanted indoors, rather than purely indoors, so that the green plants indoors and outdoors were integrated, and the boundaries became blurred, and the breath of free growth flowed throughout the room.

在火山石体中我们在顶面切割出一个三角形LED屏，用来播放北极光。有人说：“看北极光就像是看到了上帝的眼睛”。如果从震撼心灵的层面来看，这种说法可能是恰当的，就像天使的光环，希望每个人都能保留一个纯净的童话世界。

We carved a triangular LED screen into the volcanic rock to display the Northern Lights. "Seeing the Northern Lights is like seeing God's eyes," some say. This statement, like the angel's light ring, may be appropriate from the standpoint of shocking the soul. I hope everyone can keep the world of fairy tales pure.
