The former Soviet touristic base in a beautiful pine forest on the banks of the Volga river is a great place for a country house for a cozy weekend in the company of the closest and dearest. The owner Victoria some time ago approached her long-time friend, designerIrina Lavrentieva, and asked to help in building a large and cozy log house, ideal for receiving guests and comfortable enough for the whole family to live. A typical project of a wooden cottage was adapted to the needs of the client: in a two-story home of about 400 sqm, the first floor features a large living room with high ceilings, large windows and areas of interest – so that it is convenient for a large number of people to get together. All private rooms and kids rooms are located on the second level. Great home on the nature!
