空间构思

该项目位于东莞，是一个 215㎡的大平层，坐落于黄旗山南麓，窗外远山连绵，坐拥秀丽山景。

本案户型较为通透，动静区分区合理，但是动线较为单一，空间利用率不高，建筑与景观的互动性不强，不能够满足客户高品质的生活需求。

该项目委托人对空间有着极致的追求，喜爱空间纯粹美，如何在既满足客户需求的条件下，重归空间本真，打造空间纯粹美，是我们设计的重中之重.....

形式的纯粹是触发空间极致体验的设计形式之一；通过简约的形式，大面积采用浅色系，以原木的纹理面积进行空间拓展和界定。

白色的冷静克制与原木的温馨舒缓，让空间达到一种平衡，使人在情绪上得到舒缓和平静。

处处简致，处处留白，用材质和肌理为空间填充，给人以充盈的感官体验。

设计师分别通过“温暖的色调”、“肌理的碰撞”与“简洁的手法”，使空间比例达到“理性与感性”、“克制与舒缓”、“温润与硬朗”的平衡。

“形”

阳光迎入室内，在光的勾勒下，米色的沙发，亚麻的质感，都在散发着空间的慵懒感；而空间顶部的弧形曲线，则将整个空间无线延伸，在消除客餐厅边界的同时，又增加了空间的包裹感；而弧形的背景柜则将消极空间融化消解，让空间衔接流畅，过渡自然。

随着光影的变化，明暗的转变，视线从客厅转入餐厅，自然感浓烈的原木纹理将这里围合成一个独立的空间，如同一个被嵌入的“木盒子”，推进了空间的序列与节奏。可旋转抽拉的发光岛台，与光影相互映衬，成为了这个空间的视觉中心。原木色的移门，将公区动静分离，与空间统一且融合。

“框”

随着移门的打开，自然的景观尽收眼底，而空间的“木”则变成了自然的“框”，一框一景之间，打通了自然与人的隔膜，把风和四季引入其中，不知不觉间，自然之景已悄然立于空间之境。

生活的本真，并不是用空间的大小来衡量的，他可以是一个小小的观景阳台，露天的桌椅，和清晨的一杯咖啡；在这里，极目远眺，窗外的景色让人从繁忙的生活里一点点找回自我......

Space design

This project is located in Dongguan and is a 215㎡ large flat located at the southern foot of Huangqi Mountain. There are continuous distant mountains outside the window, with beautiful mountain views. The layout of this case is relatively transparent, with reasonable separation between active and quiet areas. However, the circulation is relatively monotonous and the space utilization rate is not high. The interaction between the architecture and the landscape is not strong, which cannot meet the high-quality living needs of the client. The client has a pursuit for space and loves pure beauty. How to return to the true essence of space and create pure beauty in space while satisfying the client’s needs is the top priority of our design...

The purity of form is one of the design forms that triggers the ultimate spatial experience. Through simple forms and a large area of light colors, the space is expanded and defined using the texture of natural wood. The cool restraint of white and the warm soothing of wood achieve a balance in the space, providing emotional relaxation and tranquility. Every aspect is concise, leaving blank spaces, filling the space with materials and textures, giving people a fulfilling sensory experience. The designer uses "warm color tones", "clash of textures", and "simple techniques" to achieve a balance between "rationality and sensibility", "restraint and soothing", and "warm and tough" in terms of space proportions.

“Form"

Sunlight enters the room, and under the outline of light, the beige sofa and linen texture exude a lazy feeling in the space. The curved curve at the top of the space extends infinitely, eliminating the boundary between the dining and living areas and adding a sense of enclosure to the space. The curved background cabinet melts and dissolves the negative space, making the space smoothly connected and transitioned naturally.

With the change of light and shadow, the line of sight transitions from the living room to the dining room. The natural and intense wood texture encloses this space, like an embedded "wooden box", advancing the sequence and rhythm of the space. The rotating and retractable illuminated island counter, complemented by light and shadow, becomes the visual center of this space. The wooden sliding doors separate the public area from the active and quiet areas, unifying and integrating the space.

“Frame”

With the opening of the sliding doors, the natural landscape unfolds before your eyes, and the "wood" of the space turns into a natural "frame". Between each frame and view, the barrier between nature and humans is broken, bringing in wind and the four seasons, and without realizing it, the natural scenery quietly stands in the space.

The true essence of life is not measured by the size of the space. It can be a small viewing balcony, outdoor tables and chairs, and a cup of coffee in the morning. Here, looking into the distance, the scenery outside the window allows people to gradually find themselves from their busy lives......

After graduation from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts, Ms. Zhao Fei has traveled to Europe and Japan, and founded 323 STUDIO in 2020, where the designer responds in dialogue with the project while respecting its originality and locality.
