Ce loft industriel datant du début du 20ème siècle est situé dans un ancien quartier industriel à Barcelone. C’est lestudio de design Abrilsqui a réalisé sa rénovation en conservant soigneusement le style du bâtiment d’origine conçu par l’architecte catalan Lluís Muncunill, le maître moderniste de la ville, et en mettant en valeur les beaux murs de briques qui à eux seuls font tout l’intérêt de ce lieu.
