布宜诺斯艾利斯设计师的 38m²小户型奇迹

Malena Camps est créatrice de la marque de maillots de bainOdisea Swimwear, et habite dans un petit appartement de 38m² à Buenos Aires. Le plan astucieux se présente comme un grand carré où 1/3 de la surface est dévolue à la cuisine et la salle de bain, les 2/3 restants à une grande pièce, elle-même divisée en deux zones grâce à l’installation d’une verrière marquant la frontière entre la zone jour et la zone nuit sans toutefois briser l’espace. The clever plan looks like a large square where 1/3 of the surface area is used for the kitchen and bathroom, the remaining 2/3 for a large room, itself divided into two zones thanks to the installation of a glasswork marking the border between the day and night zones without breaking the space.
