这次精装全拆案例位于江苏太仓，面积138㎡，户型3室2厅。

平时就是业主夫妻、宝宝和老人三代同堂一起居住，所以保留了原始的3间房间，基本没有改动格局。

This hardcover complete demolition case is located in Taicang, Jiangsu, with an area of 138 square meters and 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms.

Usually, the owner husband and wife, the baby and the elderly live together for three generations, retaining the original 3 rooms, and basically unchanged the layout.

入户之后，就能看见这个换鞋凳+鞋柜+餐桌为一体的岛台。原始的户型没有玄关，也没有鞋柜，这样一个组合既满足了平时鞋子的收纳，也相当于隔出了一个玄关空间。

一个岛台集5个功能为一体，利用率大大提高。鞋柜的克莱因蓝也在整个黑白灰色调的空间里跳脱出来，成为色彩亮点。

After entering the house, you can see this island with a shoe changing stool + shoe cabinet + dining table. The original apartment has no entrance and no shoe cabinet, which not only meets the storage of shoes in ordinary times, but also separates a hallway space.

One island integrates 5 functions into one, and the utilization rate is greatly improved. The Crane blue of the shoe cabinet also jumps out of the entire black, white and gray tone space, becoming a color highlight.

换鞋凳的边缘，长方体的顶角处被切去一块，形成一个等边三角形的切面，点缀以克莱因蓝，和鞋柜面板的三角造型相呼应。

At the edge of the stool, a piece is cut off at the top corner of the cuboid to form an equilateral triangular facet, embellished with Klein blue, echoing the triangular shape of the shoe cabinet panel.

岛台的右侧是餐桌，整条的黑色线条灯一直从鞋柜处延伸到阳台隔断，照亮整个餐厨区，拉长纵向的视觉感受。

岛台背后做了西厨，与岛台餐桌就是一个转身的距离。

整面的木格栅背景墙一直到客厅电视背景墙，把客卫和主卧的房门也都隐藏其中。

厨房门和阳台隔断使用同款免漆板，铜锈般的颜色看着格外有质感。

用半墙隔断将家务区与公区隔开，在保证客厅空气流通的同时，公区也看着更整洁。

The kitchen door and balcony partition use the same lacquered panel, and the patina-like color looks particularly textured.

The household area is separated from the common area by a half-wall partition, which ensures the air circulation in the living room and the common area also looks cleaner.

客厅在落地窗侧单独做了定制的卡座，组成沙发+卡座的组合，形成一种包裹感。

卡座和窗台高度一至，平时也不会遮挡窗外视线，客厅的视觉感更开阔。

The living room has a customized card holder on the side of the floor-to-ceiling window to form a combination of sofa + card holder, forming a sense of wrapping.

Once the height of the booth and window sill arrives, it will not block the view outside the window, and the visual sense of the living room is more open.

客厅整个的电视背景墙也是和餐厅一样木格栅，把两个空间融为一体，更有整体感。

The entire TV background wall of the living room is also the same wooden grille as the dining room, which integrates the two spaces into one and has a more holistic feeling.

沙发背景墙是整面镜面背景，视觉放大客厅空间，顺势也把窗外的湖景引入室内，连接自然环境。

The sofa background wall is the whole mirror background, which visually enlarges the living room space, and also introduces the lake view outside the window into the interior and connects the natural environment.

卡座上的一盏陈星宇的Fragment落地灯，长虹玻璃+不锈钢的材质，光线柔而梦幻，在黑色的空间里点亮，像塔尖里的小宇宙，充满科技感。

A Chen Xingyu's Fragment floor lamp on the deck, made of Changhong glass + stainless steel, the light is soft and dreamy, lit up in the black space, like a small universe in the spire, full of science and technology.

木格栅隐形门的背后是灰色调的主卧，定制的半包围床头，让睡眠充满安全感。

Behind the invisible door of the wooden grille is the master bedroom in gray tones, custom-made half enveloping the head of the bed, making sleep full of security.

主卫通铺克莱因蓝色的砖，颜色独特而不突兀，蓝白色的配色和整个空间的色调都显得协调。

The main guard is paved with Klein blue bricks, the color is unique and not obtrusive, and the blue-white color scheme and the tone of the entire space are coordinated.

儿童房和客厅之间用一扇玻璃窗隔开。

白天拉起蜂巢帘客厅视觉更通透，宝宝在书桌前写作业时也更方便家长观察情况；晚上放下让宝宝也有自己的独立睡眠空间。

The children's room and the living room are separated by a glass window.

During the day, the living room is more transparent when the honeycomb curtain is pulled, and it is more convenient for parents to observe the situation when the baby writes homework at the desk; Drop it down at night so that your baby has his own independent sleeping space.

皮质的克莱因蓝门把手，橱柜上的克莱因蓝色块，书架的克莱因蓝挡板和房间外的克莱因蓝书架一一呼应，整个黑白灰色调的空间，显得不再单调。

The leather Klein blue door handle, the Klein blue block on the cabinet, the Klein blue baffle of the bookshelf and the Klein blue bookshelf outside the room all echo one by one, and the entire black-white-gray tone space is no longer monotonous.
