ABOUT THE OWNER 关于屋主

本案已是公司服务屋主的第二套居所，又一次委托主案设计师王盈盈进行理想生活全案设计服务。男屋主待人和善，是一家上市公司的老总；女屋主热情大方，有三个活泼可爱小孩组成的一个幸福的五口之家。夫妻二人希望家是一个和谐的情感空间，他们喜爱自然元素，期望进入家门的那一刻就能感受到慵懒而自由的氛围，以时间为单位，将生活中爱与温暖的故事写入每个家人的共同记忆。

同时，两人还共同经营着一家口碑传承的良心企业，主案设计师王盈盈在做设计之前与两位屋主进行了深度的沟通，发现女屋主是男屋主的得力干将，周总则是一位让人非常敬佩的企业家，重庆的一名“山城棒棒”开始创业至今成为上市公司的老总，确实让人佩服至极，沟通下来发现“守住本心，君子有所为有所不为，加持正直”是周总做人做事的标准，这样的操守也是我们每个人的必修课。于是这样的房子便有意思起来。

The couple hope that home is a harmonious emotional space, they love natural elements, and expect to feel a lazy and free atmosphere at the moment they enter the home, in units of time, write the story of love and warmth into the common memory of each family member. At the same time, the two of them also jointly ran a company with a conscience that was passed on by word of mouth. Wang Yingying, the main case designer, had a deep communication with the two house owners before she did the design, and discovered that the female owner was the male owner’s right-hand man, director Zhou is a very admirable entrepreneur. A“Shancheng bangbang” from Chongqing, who started his own business and has become the boss of a listed company, is indeed extremely admirable, communication down found that“Keep the heart, a gentleman to do something not, plus integrity” is the Zhou total standards of conduct, such conduct is a compulsory course for each of us. So this kind of house becomes interesting.

ABOUT THE PLAN 关于平面

户型痛点：

一楼：

1、厨房餐厅较小，布置空间零碎。

2、生活阳台从户外进入使用不便。

3、茶室空间尺寸局促。

二楼：

1、通道狭长，浪费使用面积。

2、主卧衣帽间，主卫尺度均显局促，空间分割比较零碎。

3、无单独的书房学习空间。

4、阁楼空间未有效利用。

为此，主案设计师王盈盈重新做了平面规划：

一楼：平面上打破常规布局，利用原来浪费的过道空间设置西岛台，与厨房形成横向对应关系，餐厅考虑为圆桌的形式，贴合空间，尽量减少过道区域，原茶室与客厅墙体拆除，形成横厅概念，增大空间可视性及通透感。

二楼：把原有零碎空间打破重组，以主卧套间形式展开，完成主人的极具私密的空间，内部拥有独立宽敞的衣帽间、卫浴间，及书房；满足男女屋主的需求及方便日常所需。

//STYLE POSITIONING 风格定位

侘寂，日本美学意识的一个组成部分，一般指的是朴素又安静的事物。它既是一种思想，一种美学，也是一种世界观。它不是极简，不是空无；它独有的淡泊岁月感，使身处空间之中的人内心获得安静。

//THE LIVING ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR 一楼

客厅

在喧嚣的城市中开辟一片属于自己与孩子的陶然居是屋主的梦想。主案设计师王盈盈以此为出发点，将这处位于闹市中的四房两厅住宅，摇身一变，打造成为了一个人与自然和谐共生，回归本源的侘寂空间。

In the hustle and bustle of the city to create a belong to themselves and children of Tao ran unexpectedly is the owner’s dream. The main project designer, Wang Yingying, took this as a starting point and transformed this four-bedroom, two-hall house in the middle of a busy city into a Zen space that harmonizes with nature and returns to its source.

好的设计是在满足客户需求的同时再去升华主题，主案设计师王盈盈将空间布局重组，将原本狭长的竖厅改为横向开合，宽广的横厅，扩张出空间的尺度，构建起场力秩序。

电视墙的优雅弧形与入墙式电视机清爽简约，搭配垂直电动梦幻帘，共同描绘家的温柔与精致。窗外的美景尽收眼底，与自然毗邻，感受四季流转，找到属于自己的节奏，居家生活也更松弛更惬意。

所谓的私宅设计，应是屋主内心世界的外向表达，是维系生活模式的纽带。与当下流行无关，也不必在意指向性的艺术风格，它应该是随性的、慵懒的、自我的、有趣的。真正的生活不需到处去寻，它就在此处。通过重塑质朴的日常、留有呼吸可对话的空间，在空气流转中、眼神对视与视线余光中，原感力便自然唤醒。这便是自在此间，屋主就能感受到质朴、呼吸、原感的理想生活情感居所。
