灰爐位于国际滨江商业街道的稀缺板块，以东西方荟萃的风格食肆为就餐者营造个性、时尚的餐饮社交场域，打造兼顾品牌商业属性与潮流文化体验的艺术发生场。

01SPACE IN THE ATMOSPHERE

氛围演绎「空间」

设计师结合灰炉餐饮品牌理念和消费群体的考察，以去风格化的设计，从多元化风格混搭出发，探索人与空间之间的关系，让消费者在用餐时拥有精致且放松的品质体验。

The designer combines the brand concept of Ash Stove catering with the investigation of consumer groups, and explores the relationship between people and space through the de-stylized design and the mixing and matching of diversified styles, so that consumers can have a refined and relaxed quality experience when dining.

02EMOTION EXPRESSION

场域配方的“情感”触达

设计毅然抛弃了常见的煽情性处理方式，而转向秩序感的空间建构，让精简格调与情怀充斥于空间。简化繁杂的造型，让整个空间形成具有瞬态性，也让食客在环境中更好地放松身心，注重精致美食带来的愉悦。

The design resolutely abandoned the common emotional treatment, and turned to the spatial construction of a sense of order, so that the concise style and feelings filled the space. Simplify the complex shape, so that the whole space has a transient, but also let the diners better relax in the environment, pay attention to the pleasure brought by exquisite food.

去风格化，并不是简单的混搭，在了解了餐饮理念以及品牌定位后，从多元的风格中去选择出最佳素材。设计所想要追求的不仅仅可以维持空间整体的协调性，还可以凸显出品味和格调，更具美好的体验感。

De-stylization is not a simple mix and match, after understanding the catering concept and brand positioning, the best material is selected from a variety of styles. What the design wants to pursue is not only to maintain the overall coordination of the space, but also to highlight the taste and style, and a better sense of experience.

针对年轻客群定位的轻奢精品餐厅，设计选择在宽敞独立的空间中，为每个独立空间添加个性色彩，以此彰显不同个体的心理需求，分隔空间，演绎出新潮雅致的美态。而柔和适度的灯光让客人置身于放松舒适的环境之中，从中感受美食的韵味。

Aiming at a light luxury boutique restaurant targeted at young customers, the design chooses to add individual colors to each independent space in a spacious and independent space, so as to highlight the psychological needs of different individuals, divide the space and deduce a trendy and elegant beauty. The soft and moderate lighting allows guests to be in a relaxed and comfortable environment, from which to feel the charm of food.

灰爐向每一位就餐者传递着迷人的精雅气息。空间中舍弃了封闭隔断的形式，转而利用格栅的半透明特性，赋予空间疏朗通透的气质，在保留自然光线渗漏的同时，形成不同的组群餐位，在灵活中关照运营的实际需求。

The ash stove conveys a charming elegant atmosphere to every diner. In the space, the form of closed partition is abandoned, and the translucent characteristics of the grille are used to give the space a clear and transparent temperament, while retaining the leakage of natural light, and the formation of different group tables, and the actual needs of the operation are taken care of in a flexible way.

通过感性自然的优美线条，搭配金属、亚克力与实木等材质，灯光的层次氛围及优雅的多重色彩运用，达成精致又神秘的氛围感。当就餐者沉醉在一片摇曳的灯光中，设计师以场域的魔法，发酵出了热闹迷幻的空间情绪。而私人定制化的软装陈设将细节的精彩演绎到位，在人与人的互动中留下独特的场域记忆。

Through the beautiful lines of sensuous nature, with metal, acrylic and solid wood and other materials, the hierarchical atmosphere of lighting and the elegant use of multiple colors, to achieve a delicate and mysterious atmosphere. When the diners are intoxicated in a swaying light, the designer ferments the lively psychedelic space mood with the magic of the field. The private customized soft furnishings will be the wonderful interpretation of the details in place, leaving a unique field memory in the interaction between people.

凭借空间氛围灯光的深入研究，设计师肖懿展在光影结合中，演绎空间与体验感的完美契合，用探索、发现形式，去展示光的变化，去引领自然光的参与。通过不断变化的“场景感”与“氛围感”，错落的空间节奏，借由场景的丰富肌理演绎，带给每位就餐者迥然相异的心理感受。

With the in-depth study of space atmosphere lighting, designer Xiao Yizhan interprets the perfect fit of space and experience in the combination of light and shadow, and uses exploration and discovery forms to show the change of light and lead the participation of natural light. Through the constantly changing "scene sense" and "atmosphere sense", the scattered space rhythm, through the rich texture of the scene interpretation, bring each diner different psychological feelings.

03SHAPING FREEDOM

无风格，塑自由

变化的空间节奏，分割出独立的包厢空间，开放中营造“私密”，流畅的线条从空间延伸至家具结构，空间气氛被调节的灵动有趣、亲切柔和，塑造了场所精神的整体性。

The changing rhythm of the space divides the independent box space, creates "privacy" in the opening, the smooth lines extend from the space to the furniture structure, the space atmosphere is adjusted by the clever and interesting, friendly and soft, shaping the integrity of the spirit of the place.

遍布空间中的艺术作品与装置，将这种耐人寻味的“精细”渗透在富有生活情绪的陈列中。轻盈灵动的赋予空间开阔的格局与气场，使得空间尺度感被充分拓展，就餐者在丰富的细节变化中，寻找属于自己的个性认同。

The art works and installations throughout the space permeate this intriguing "delicacy" into the display full of life emotions. The lightness and agility gives the space an open pattern and aura, making the sense of spatial scale fully expanded: diners seek their own personality identity in the rich changes in details.
