背景 background

鹰创园一直致力打造追光者文创办公空间，与我们想要的园区空间氛围非常契合，2022 年 10 月入驻鹰创园。水塔广场的独栋小别墅就是纯璞空间的办公楼，将首层空间打造成共享空间，成立了“STAYPURE 水塔咖啡”设计公司联名餐饮品牌，成功的营造出将建筑、室内、户外融为一体的美学体验空间。得到了园区的众多关注与认可，并希望将这一理念延续及扩大影响。从 2023 年初至今我们与园区合作与尝试完成了一系列符合当代年轻人逐梦未来的理想办公空间。

Eagle Innovation Park has been committed to creating a cultural and creative office space for light chasers, which is very suitable for the atmosphere of the park space we want, and we settled in Eagle Innovation Park in October 2022. The detached cottage in Water Tower Square is our office building. We built the ground floor space into a shared space and established the "STAYPOUR Water Tower Coffee" catering brand. A successful aesthetic experience space that integrates architecture, indoor, and outdoor. It has received a lot of attention and recognition from the park, and hopes to continue and expand this concept. Since the beginning of 2023, we have cooperated with the park and tried to complete some ideal office spaces that meet the dreams of today’s young people.

概况 Overview

鹰创园招商中心首层原本是单一的商务洽谈区，我们希望自然松弛的场景，以自然为媒介的文化艺术空间，创造一个自由、包容、有趣的社交场所且可扫码点餐“水塔咖啡”{场域+自然+社交}促进创新资源的富集和创造灵感的碰撞。

The first floor of the investment promotion center of Eagle Innovation Park was originally a single business negotiation area. We hope that the natural relaxation scene, the cultural and artistic space with nature as the medium, to create a free, inclusive and interesting social place {field + nature + social} to promote the enrichment of innovative resources and the collision of creative inspiration.
