基地位于浦江经济开发区，用地北靠浦阳江，南临浦南大道，西面亚太大道，东临平石路，交通便捷。

项目总用地面积为 8.95 公顷，总建筑面积 45.16 万平方米。

The base is located in the Pujiang Economic Development Zone, with land adjacent to Puyang River to the north, Punan Avenue to the south, Asia Pacific Avenue to the west, and Pingshi Road to the east. The transportation is convenient, and the total land area of the project is 8.95 hectares, with a total construction area of 451,600 square meters.

接轨国际的门户形象

A GATEWAY IMAGE THAT ALIGNS WITH INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

方案从城市设计角度出发，确定 120 米超高层办公楼放置北侧，起到定海神针的作用，沿浦阳江与周边建筑形成起伏变化的城市天际线，形象鲜明的地标建筑，展示城市新面貌。

From the perspective of urban design, the plan determines that a 120-meter super high-rise office building will be placed on the north side, serving as a sea calming needle, forming a fluctuating urban skyline along the Puyang River and surrounding buildings. The distinctive landmark buildings will showcase the new face of the city.

彰显特色的生态信港

HIGHLIGHTING A DISTINCTIVE ECOLOGICAL HARBOR

设计中央以草坪为主的大庭院串联各功能空间，形成良好的景观，为信息港营造了办公、休闲的良好空间。

Design a large courtyard with a central lawn as the main area to connect various functional spaces, forming a good landscape and creating a good space for office and leisure in the information port.

高效便捷的办公体验 EFFICIENT AND CONVENIENT OFFICE EXPERIENCE

双首层打造下沉庭院，地下一层商业作为服务中心，为各建筑单元提供便利，风雨无阻；

The double first floor creates a sunken courtyard, and the underground commercial floor serves as a service center, providing convenience for each building unit, rain or shine;

璀璨夺目的人文晶城

SHINING AND EYE-CATCHING CULTURAL CRYSTAL CITY

利用老樟树文化广场、水晶文化中心、裸眼 3D 互联窗打造网红空间

Utilizing the Old Camphor Tree Culture Square, Crystal Culture Center, and Naked Eye 3D Internet Windows to Create a Cyber Red Space

漂浮在 120 米“水晶”造型的超高层身侧，晶体几何造型与其呼应，打造极具创意的城市会客厅。

Floating on the side of a 120 meter "crystal" shaped super high-rise building, the crystal geometric shape echoes it, creating a highly creative urban reception hall.

水晶文化中心作为企业展示中心，与下沉庭院相结合，晶体的造型极具现代感，同时也是对浦江县水晶文化的回应。

The Crystal Culture Center, as a corporate exhibition center, is combined with a sunken courtyard, and the crystal design is highly modern, which is also a response to the crystal culture of Pujiang County.

裸眼 3D 互联窗打造极具未来科技感的转角入口广场，吸人眼球的裸眼 3D 效果引人注目，形成网红效应，为园区聚集人气的同时，提升产品价值。

The naked eye 3D interconnected window creates a corner entrance square with a futuristic sense of technology. The eye-catching naked eye 3D effect is eye-catching, forming a network celebrity effect, gathering popularity for the park while enhancing product value.
